Your enquiry information
We use enquiry form information to review your request and contact you about it.
What is saved?
Your name, phone, email, city and the enquiry details you provide. Project requests also include company and project type, and quantities or timeline if supplied. The page category, selected direction and campaign source and click identifiers, when present in the link, are saved with the enquiry.
Use & access
Enquiries are saved in Lovable Cloud and accessed by authorised Petra staff through database permissions to handle your request. Customer details are not exposed to visitors. Name, phone, email and enquiry text are not included in the page’s campaign measurement events.
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with the category and selected direction in a message. You choose whether to send it within WhatsApp; the service is governed by WhatsApp’s policies.

Campaign measurement choice
The Google measurement container is not loaded on campaign pages before you accept. Your choice is remembered in browser storage. After acceptance, Google cookies and identifiers can be used to measure visits and campaign interactions; ad personalisation is disabled in this integration. You can decline or change your choice below; enquiry forms and WhatsApp remain available.
