Questions to help you get started

A guide to dimensions, materials, previews and quote requests for wood and upholstered furniture.

Frequently asked questions

Open a question to read the answer.

How do I start a furniture design for my space?

Choose the path that suits your project: customise the dimensions, colour and finish of wood furniture, or arrange sofas and other upholstered pieces in a virtual room and explore fabrics and colours. Use your preview as the starting point for a quote request.

How should I record wood furniture dimensions?

Record width × height × depth in centimetres. Facing the piece, width runs from side to side, height runs from the floor to the highest point, and depth runs from front to back. Stay within the limits shown in the tool. The configuration needs a feasibility review before its specification is confirmed.

What do I need to measure for an upholstered room layout?

Measure the room’s length, width and height in centimetres, and record the positions of doors and windows and how they open. Note columns, projections, sockets and routes that need to stay clear. The planner helps you explore a layout; check it against the actual room measurements.

Does the preview show the finished furniture?

The preview is illustrative: it helps you explore proportions, placement and colour choices. Fine details, construction and material texture may differ from the on-screen representation. Design concept images are illustrations for inspiration, not photographs of completed customer projects or proof of a particular product specification.

Are the wood and fabric colours on screen physical samples?

Wood sample images come from the supplied catalogue. Fabric and leather samples appear when their photos are published and assigned to a model. The general preview uses illustrative colours. Lighting and display settings affect how images look; review the final material, colour and availability with the team before production.

How do I send a quote request and know it has been saved?

Use the quote form to send your furniture or room details, dimensions and material preferences; signing in is optional. Wait for a success message with a reference to confirm your request has been saved. If you see an error or no confirmation, try again or contact us directly.

Does choosing a date and time confirm my consultation?

Your selected date and time are preferences, not a confirmed booking. The team reviews the request, and the appointment is confirmed after the time and consultation format have been agreed with you. Entering details or pressing submit alone does not confirm an appointment.

Can every dimension or material choice be made?

The available options are a starting point. Feasibility depends on the furniture, materials, internal layout, module configuration and actual space. The configuration and dimensions need review before the specification is confirmed. Include any requirements outside the shown options in your quote request.
