- Materials and finishes: describe your wood, fabric and colour preferences, with any project-specific use and care requirements.
- Design direction: include an available reference image or drawing and explain the details that matter, rather than relying on the image alone.
- Preferred timeline: note when you need the furniture and any project phases. This is a preference for review, not a confirmed production or delivery date.
