What do you need help with?
How do I request a quote?
Choose a piece or open a design tool. Prepare dimensions, materials and the intended use of your space, then complete the quote request form; signing in is optional. You can attach a floor plan or reference image within the file types and size shown on the form.
When starting from a design, its summary accompanies the form as a local guest draft or an account-saved design. Review your details and submit the request; opening the form alone does not send it. A success message and reference confirm it was saved. Guest requests are not linked to a customer account.
If you see an error or no confirmation, do not assume the request was received. Try again or contact us with the message you saw. Do not share your password.
Request a quoteHow do I keep a design on my device and reopen it?
Choose “Download design file to share” and keep the file on your device. To reopen it, return to the same wood or upholstery tool, choose “Open design file” and select the downloaded file. Wood files open in the wood tool; room layout files open in the upholstery planner.
Download a copy of your current work before opening another file, as importing replaces the configuration shown. If the tool rejects a file, use one exported from it and check that you have chosen the correct tool.
Downloading or opening a file does not save it to your account or send a quote request automatically. To save it to your account, sign in, choose “Save to my account” and wait for success confirmation. To send an enquiry, complete the quote form and wait for its reference.
How do I mark openings and keep-clear zones?
In the room planner, open “Doors and windows” and add an opening. Set its type, wall, width and offset from the wall’s start in centimetres. In the top-down plan, north/south offsets start at the left; east/west offsets start at the top. These directions are plan references, not the building’s actual compass orientation.
Open “Keep-clear zones” and add a zone. Name it, then enter its width, length and centre numerically in centimetres. The centre across the width is measured from the plan’s left edge; its centre along the length is measured from the top. Adjust these values to mark a walkway or area to leave clear. Its position appears as a dashed red zone.
If warnings show overlapping pieces, furniture outside the room, or blocked door or zone space, adjust the furniture position or zone dimensions before saving. Tool dimensions and door clearances are illustrative. They do not certify safety clearances or production feasibility. Check the actual space and your project requirements.
How do I confirm my account or reset my password?
From your account page, sign in or choose “Create an account”. If email confirmation is requested, check your email and open the confirmation link before signing in. Use the same email when returning to your account.
Choose “Forgot password?”, enter your account email and send the reset link. Check your inbox and spam folder. If the link arrives, open it, enter a new password that meets the shown requirements and wait for confirmation that it has been updated.
If the link has expired, request a new one. If the email does not arrive or sign-in fails, check your email address and connection, then contact us. Do not send anyone your password or reset link.
Open your accountWhen is a consultation confirmed?
Set your preferred date, time and contact method in the consultation request form. Times use Saudi Arabia time. Choosing a time or saving the request does not confirm an appointment; these are preferences for review.
The consultation is confirmed after the time and format have been agreed with you. Check the confirmation details and contact us if you need clarification or a change. Do not assume a new time is confirmed simply because you requested it.
Request a design consultationHow does the current enquiry journey work?
Start with the collection or a design tool, then request a quote to review your needs and specifications. Previews and models are illustrative; material availability and feasibility need review before approval.
The current site supports the catalogue, customisation and quote requests. Online purchasing and payment are unavailable in this phase; a purchase or payment journey belongs to a later phase.
Prepare your space and understand your materials
Review furniture and room measurements, openings and the access route, with general care guidance before choosing materials. Piece-specific and material instructions take priority for care.
